• Orders can be made online, via WhatsApp, or in person.
• Full payment is required to confirm custom orders.
• All prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and may be subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason (e.g., limited availability, unclear instructions, or violation of terms).

3. Custom Cake Orders

• Design requests must be confirmed at least [10 days] before the delivery/pickup date.
• Minor design adjustments may occur based on available materials or decorations.
• Photos shown are for reference only; actual product may vary slightly as each cake is handmade.

4. Deliveries

• We deliver across Klang Valley. Delivery fees may apply depending on location.
• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time and location.
• We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address, traffic, or recipient unavailability.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least [7 days] in advance for a partial refund.
• No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
• We do not offer refunds for custom-made products unless there is a proven issue with quality or delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, images, product descriptions, and designs — belongs to Ixxadelights and may not be used without written permission.
